Pick up/Drop off
Knives can be dropped off at our location or schedule a pick up
Sharpening is done at our residence. We have a secure drop box on our front porch.
To schedule your sharpening, simply click “contact us,” and we will get back to you to set up an appointment.
Using the drop box
You will receive your dropbox code from us when you schedule the drop-off for the knives. Enter the code and press the “open” button to open the box. Place your knives in the box, and use the provided towel to wrap them if they are not already wrapped. Close the box when everything is inside.
The drop box is equipped with a camera to ensure your knives will be safe there until we bring them in to be worked on!
Scheduling pickup or delivery
If you would prefer to have the knives picked up and/or dropped off at your location, simply request this when making your appointment. There is a $10.00 fee for this service if you are in a 5-mile radius (or $5.00 if you only want the pick up or drop off). There is an additional $1.00 charge for every 5 miles away from our location.
